Factor Factory - gives prime factors of any number from 1 to 999,999,999 This software and database was written and compiled by Simon Robinson, and is distributed as freeware. For help or information, e-mail simon@sbrobinson.freeserve.co.uk Software (c) S. Robinson, 1999 Instructions: When started, you will be prompted for the largest number you wish to calculate, as follows:- 7 gives a range of 1 to 9,999,999 8 gives a range of 1 to 99,999,999 9 gives a range of 1 to 999,999,999 Note that the larger the option chosen, the more memory that is required and the longer it will take to set up the prime base. After the prime base has been set up (no more than 30 seconds for the 3A) You will be prompted for the number you wish to factorise. (e.g. 54321) The number will then be displayed as a product of its prime factors (e.g. 3*19*953) Is there any use for this? I've no idea. :-)
